Tami is a Ts'msyen (Tsimshian)/Japanese Educator, Ganhada of Waap K’oom, Kitsumkalum First Nation. For over 27 years, Tami has worked to advance awareness and understanding of the history and contemporary reality of Indigenous peoples in Canada and has focused on Indigenization, Decolonization and Reconciliation work for the past 10 years.
