Pam Skinner is the Sr. VP of College Operations and came to Niagara College in 2015 following a career in the provincial government. She is passionate about providing executive leadership to the College’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives and excited about the collaboration that has created the EDI Blueprint.
