Nicola Harris is a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Leadership. She also holds a Master's degree in Social Work, specializing in Equity. Nicola has more than 20 years of leadership experience building and cultivating organizations; Nicola's doctoral research focuses on the development of a decolonized leadership curriculum.
