Melanie is a Program Director at the Centre for Teaching, Learning & Innovation. She has led a number of award-winning projects and open education initiatives that have shifted JIBC’s approach to programming in Justice and Public Safety. She holds a Master of Arts in Educational Technology from Concordia University, Montreal.
