Judith Gallimore

Associate Chair, Business Faculty of Business, Environment, and Technology (FBET), NorQuest College

Judith is an academic with more than 23 years of experience in post-secondary education. She is currently an associate chair in business within the Faculty of Business, Environment, and Technology (FBET) at NorQuest College. She has taught in many disciplines, most notably business, international relations, law, and community development. Her teaching philosophy is rooted in a desire to empower students and increase their readiness for the varying demands of the workplace. As a practitioner, Judith has amassed years of strategic leadership experience, especially related to strategic planning, finance, operations, organizational effectiveness, and stakeholder relationship management. She has led projects and initiatives that influences positive change, creates a respectful and inclusive organizational culture, and ensures sustainable solutions. Judith is currently a doctor of business administration (DBA) student at Athabasca University. Her research interests include leadership, change management, EDIB (equity diversity, inclusion, and belonging), intercultural communication, organizational psychology, and governance.
