Emily Vis is a Project Lead at the Centre for Climate Change Management at Mohawk College. She works to support and accelerate post-secondary institutions in their ability to reduce greenhouse gases. Prior to this role, Emily managed business development efforts at a Hamilton-based environmental non-profit that guides local businesses through the process of measuring and reporting their greenhouse gas emissions. She has completed greenhouse gas inventories for the Niagara Health System, Hamilton Health Sciences, and Mohawk College. Emily has her bachelors degree in Microbiology, Masters in Molecular and Cellular Biology, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management and Assessment.
