Community Development Work student from Centennial College, Cris Dias, is an International student coming from Brazil. PhD. in Computing in Education from one of the most important Universities in Brazil used to work as a researcher and professor developing software for blind and impaired people and teaching software development, as well. In Canada, I started facing the International student challenges and began to create projects to address women’s inequalities, food insecurity on colleges, LGBTQ+2S issues and sustainable ways of transforming the college campus. I am always worried about inequality and social/environmental justice, bringing the discussion to the public, trying to find ways to build quality of life to peers.
