Byron James worked for Federal and Provincial governments in Atlantic Canada. Serving as Deputy Minister in New Brunswick for 16-years, his last four as Clerk of Executive Council and Head of Public Service. His current work focuses on advancing regional collaboration and colleges' responses to the changing World of Work.
