As Director of MI International, Bill is responsible for strategic planning, collaborative international projects, attracting and valuing international students, and outbound mobility for faculty and students. He has managed and consulted on 50+ education/TVET sector projects and consultancies in Africa, the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
