Barb has been at Saskatchewan Polytechnic for 20 years, as faculty and in administration. She holds a PhD in Educational Administration and has presented and published internationally on vocational education with a focus on Canadian polytechnics and colleges. She is a member of the Saskatchewan Metis Nation.
