Supporting Indigenous, rural, remote, and northern communities throughout the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic has required new innovative approaches to ensure the sustainability and prosperity of these communities.

This forum aims at stimulating broad discussion and reflection on how colleges and institutes can keep improving the response to changing realities and contribute to the economic recovery in key areas such as: advancing truth and reconciliation, developing the workforce of today and tomorrow, meeting diverse needs of learners, creating inclusive learning environments, and responding to labour market needs.

The forum will include an Indigenous lens and will bring together delegates who serve Indigenous, rural, remote, and northern communities to interact with each other through a combination of keynote, plenary and concurrent presentations, and call for action sessions.
