This thought forum will discuss the importance of building a culture of feedback and evaluation at the board table and will focus on the efforts that the Durham College Board of Governors has taken to advance this work. Topics to be covered include a discussion on best practices in board assessment and evaluation, the importance of encouraging discourse and diversity of opinion, effective use of board time, board/management relationship, and professional development.
