What to expect

CICan’s annual conference attracts over 1,200 attendees from around the world; It is a networking goldmine and a learning accelerator for postsecondary professionals. The 2024 Connection Conference will be guided by seven streams and will feature thought-provoking panels, transformative workshops, and keynote addresses by world-renowned speakers. This event is designed to be beneficial for leaders at every level within the college and institute system.

This stream will look at how institutions can ensure that equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) are part of their operational plans and strategic priorities. With social justice on the minds of the students we serve and the staff we employ, embracing EDI practices is a key to organizational success.
